Who We Are
The Hong Kong Jockey Club Financial Education Programme is created and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and partnered with The Education University of Hong Kong, The University of Chicago Finanical Education Initiative, Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, CoCoon Foundation and Solomon Learning Group.
Our Mission
The Hong Kong Jockey Club Financial Education Programme aims to nurture financial capability in young students to prepare them for the future. The Programme works with schools, educators and parents to instill financial knowledge, values and mindset, and promote financially capable and responsible behaviour in students.
The Programme empowers teachers with high-quality teaching materials, professional development training, and a vibrant teacher community of practice. It also offers parent-child financial education workshops and seminars.
In recognition of the latest curriculum reform on primary school General Studies (Humanities Studies), the Programme provides timely learning materials, teacher training, and relevant supporting resources to ensure an inclusive school-based implementation of financial education.
